Rare to find an auto service place that is honest and fair. My dealer was pushing a lot of expensive services and telling me how it needed done ASAP and Japanese Automotive did a full inspection and let me know that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the things my dealer was trying to sell me. They gained a customer for life.

Communication of services and estimates are always so easy. I have never had an issue being able to schedule a repair, and they always complete it in a timely manner as quoted. This is definitely not a good place to take a car to be checked out or get an estimate.! Just wanted my AC to be looked at got charged nearly $150 to be told. I need to spend $2,800 to fix. You’re actually better off at the dealer in this situation they at least give you a free estimate. No, Future service here.
