Discount Tire

I was recently asked to complete a survey after my visit to Discount Tire, but I wanted to share my feedback here instead. First and foremost, Ella and Eric were outstanding. I had scheduled an appointment online but called ahead to see if I could come in earlier. I was told it was fine, so I did. When I arrived, Ella greeted me warmly and was incredibly attentive. She thoroughly inspected my tires and walked me through everything, even though I already knew which replacements I needed. She made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Although there was a mix-up with the service I signed up for, Eric at the front desk went above and beyond to make it right. He handled the issue quickl…

I tried calling the shop today but was put on hold for a long time. I was told that my rims were bent. I was able to order New aftermarket matching rims. I made an appointment at 1:30 on Saturday to get the new wheels swapped and have the wheels balanced. It was pretty clear that they wanted to prioritize speed over service. After driving off of the lot, I found the wobbling issue still persistent. I took my car to tire discounters and they assessed that the new wheels and tires had not been balanced since there were no weights on the new rims/ tires. I do have the tire certificates for all my tires at Discount tire, however I get the impression they would have been happier selling me a set …

I had an appointment scheduled for later this afternoon and dropped off my car early. They took a look quickly and were able to patch my tire in 10 minutes. I've never had a bad experience at this store and really appreciate it.

The staff at the store on Hilliard Rome Road were all very professional and helpful in choosing the tires for my car. They were very busy the day I arrived, but they seemed to get people processed fairly quickly. I also stop at this location periodically to get my tire pressure checked, and I've always been served quickly and liked the fact they did not try to give me a sales pitch that I needed to get tires now. I have used the services of Discount Tires when I lived in another state, and I have never had any issues with them, their services, or products.

They got me in last minute and did a great job. They were about an hour for all 4 tires which is really quick as I have higher end 22" rims. They informed me of a slightly off-center/bent rim that I had no idea about. Great price fast service and def will bring my other cars here in the future. Thanks!
