I tried calling the shop today but was put on hold for a long time. I was told that my rims were bent. I was able to order New aftermarket matching rims. I made an appointment at 1:30 on Saturday to get the new wheels swapped and have the wheels balanced. It was pretty clear that they wanted to prioritize speed over service. I had an appointment scheduled for later this afternoon and dropped off my car early. They took a look quickly and were able to patch my tire in 10 minutes. I've never had a bad experience at this store and really appreciate it.

The staff at the store on Hilliard Rome Road were all very professional and helpful in choosing the tires for my car. They were very busy the day I arrived, but they seemed to get people processed fairly quickly. They got me in last minute and did a great job. They were about an hour for all 4 tires which is really quick as I have higher end 22" rims. They informed me of a slightly off-center/bent rim that I had no idea about. Great price fast service and def will bring my other cars here in the future. Thanks!
