BUYER BEWARE!! I wish I could give them zero stars. I had a pre-purchase inspection for a used 2014 Town & Country Chrysler van. After spending over 1.5 hours waiting for them to do a thorough inspection, I was advised that it is a good running vehicle that needed a little TLC totaling $2,115.94. I felt the repairs for the asking price was reasonable in comparison and decided to purchase. After arriving home to Fairborn, and taking the van to the shop for the recommended repairs, I was in total shock!! I brought my car in for brake issues. Kyle Cochran assisted me and was very professional and honest. After looking at my car he said that my brakes did not need to be replaced. I am impressed because so many places would have done the work and charged me for something I didn't need. I highly recommend Richey and Kyle to everyone.

I have taken our family's vehicles in multiple times and have always received exceptional service. Randy and Travis provide helpful and practical guidance and don't try to push repairs that are not necessary. They are very responsive and work to get the car serviced quickly every time. I highly recommend their service.

Service after the service. Great service all around. I came in on a Friday morning after getting a flat tire to see if they could repair it. It actually needed to be replaced, so they replaced it within a half hour!! I got home after that and figured I had better put the jack and spare tire back in its proper place. To my surprise, they had already done it for me! Very much appreciated. That’s why I said ‘Service after the service.’ Anytime you have an issue with tires or your vehicle, definitely go here.

I'm extremely impressed with the service! My parents have gone here for years and now I know why. I stopped to see if I could get the air pressure checked in my tires and they were more than happy to help! I will definitely be taking my car here for service going forward! Thank you!
